The Generation 10 (G10) ceramic coating is scratch-resistant and ultra non-stick, with a hardness rated at 9H. It heats fast, releases food effortlessly, and is exceptionally durable.

This cookware also includes premium metal lids with flavor channels designed for efficient moisture control. The ergonomic stay-cool stainless steel handles are sturdy and lightweight, with a heat diffuser built in to keep the grip cooler. Additionally, the entire cookware set is dishwasher and oven safe up to 500°F.
